Multi-Area Access

Access points are your doors and areas — main entrance, VIP lounge, backstage — and each pass unlocks only its own.

Once an event has more than one door — a VIP lounge, backstage, the lot — "they're on the list" stops being a real answer, and wristband color-checks start failing. Access points make every area explicit: an access point is a place where passes get checked, and every pass unlocks a specific set of them — so "VIP" really does open more doors than "General Admission".

In the dashboard

  1. Open your event, go to Passes, and find the Access Points section. Create one per door or area you'll control.
  2. Open each pass under Passes and choose which points it unlocks.
  3. On event day, staff at each point scan as usual — a pass that doesn't include that point is turned away, with no judgment call at the door.

One entrance is fine too: a single "Main Entrance" point is the default setup for most events.
