Setting Up RSVPs

Let guests reserve their own spot from your public event page — no tickets, no manual list.

For free events, the hard part isn't the door — it's knowing who's coming without personally chasing every name. Open RSVP flips that work onto your guests: it's a distribution mode on a pass where anyone who visits your public event page can reserve their own spot, and your headcount builds itself.

In the dashboard

  1. Open your event, go to Passes, and open the pass (or create one).
  2. Set the distribution mode to Open RSVP.
  3. Optionally set a capacity limit so RSVPs stop when you're full.
  4. Save, then share your event page — guests RSVP right from it, and everyone who does appears in Guest List.

For an invite-only event, use guest list mode with invitations instead — RSVPs are open to anyone with the page link.

With the AI

Make the Admission pass open RSVP, capped at 150

The assistant switches the mode and sets the limit. Day-of, ask it "How many people have RSVP'd?" or "Is Jane on the list?"
