Some events aren't announced — they're invited. An invitation is an email your guest receives and responds to, and what they're invited to receive is defined by an invite package: a reusable bundle like "1× Admission + a meal choice", with optional email artwork. Create the package once, send as many invitations from it as you like.
In the dashboard
- Open your event, go to Passes and scroll to Invite Packages. Create one: name it and choose which passes it includes.
- Go to Guest List and invite guests by email, choosing that package. Couples and families go on one invitation — the package contents apply to each person.
- Send. When a guest accepts, their passes are granted. Guests without email can be invited with a share link instead.
