Access Lists

Delegate a pass allocation to a promoter or partner — they hand out their passes from their own page.

Promoters, sponsors, and artists bring their own people — and you want them handling their own names without handing over your dashboard or losing sight of the total. An access list does exactly that: it hands a block of passes to someone else, who distributes them from their own page. No invitation emails, no dashboard access — just their allocation, their names, all landing on your one live guest list.

In the dashboard

  1. Open your event and go to Access Lists.
  2. Create a list: name it, set the owner, and allocate which passes and how many they can hand out.
  3. The owner adds their guests from their own access-list page — every add is tagged to them, so you always know who brought who.
  4. Track each list's usage from the same page, and adjust allocations as the event fills up.

With the AI

Give promoter Alex an access list with 50 General Admission passes

The assistant creates the allocation — and later, "how many of Alex's 50 are claimed?" gets you the live count.
